At NEO (Network for Empowering Oppressed Society), we believe entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for sustainable transformation—especially among underprivileged communities. Our Entrepreneur Development Training (EDT) programs are designed to cultivate innovation, business skills, and self-reliance among women, youth, and aspiring micro-entrepreneurs.

Mahalir Thittam - Entrepreneur Skill Development Program
The Women who got skill training or those who possess specific skill and already self employed are to be motivated to take up enterprises explaining its advantages. For this specific purpose, more Trainers from the Non Governmental Organisations have to be trained under Training of Trainers on Entrepreneurship Development Programmes. NEO participated as a one of the Training Provider of the Program and Cover 840 women SHG member in Madurai , Permabalur and Dindigul District .
